Salty Sweets: Delectable Desserts and Tempting Treats with a Sublime Kiss of Salt by Christie Matheson

For the last couple of years I have seen pairings of salt and sweet in finer restaurants. At first I thought, you must be crazy, why would I want a salty dessert. I can assure you, they go well together. In fact, they go so well together you will be wondering why you didn't think of this before. How to avoid Marrying a Jerk by John Van Epp

While the title may suggest that sometimes we all make mistakes, this book is a much more serious look on how we behave in relationships, and … [Read more...]

Jan Yager has a clear understanding of what healthy relationships should be, and how they should make you feel, and that you have a responsibility in them. She also has clear guidelines of when friendships start to go badly what can be done. My favorite part of the book is her short quiz on is the relationship … [Read more...]
