The Great Literature Purge

I think I must have been born with a fear of being not being able to read. If you step into my home, what do you notice? Books, books, books, and oh yes, some magazines. They are literally in every room. I am fortune in many ways because I get sent a lot of books to preview and to review, so this adds to my problem with having too many books in the house. Ageing Well: A Guide to Rejuvenation and Longevity by Dr. George Cromack DC FIAMA

Ageing Well by Dr. George Cromack is a good resource for a variety of alternative therapies. I like that this book covers a many of the alternative therapies out there; traction units, diet, Chiropractic, superfoods and suppliments, restorative stretching, and much more are covered. There are good overviews of each of the alternative therapies that are in this book. I like that this book really serves as a springboard for learning what may be best for you. I believe through using this book and … [Read more...]
