Stephanie Manley

Stephanie Manley is the editor and creator of CopyKat.com.  CopyKat.com features recipes you have tried in the restaurant and how to make your favorite restaurant recipe dishes at home.  Stephanie prepares recipes that tastes just like or even better than what they taste like in the restaurant.  CopyKat.com was created in 1995 to help her store recipes so they could be accessed anywhere, and at anytime. In addition to writing about restaurant style recipes Stephanie has written a variety of articles for the Internet over the years.

Stephanie has also written a vareity of online publications about relationships, life, cooking and so much more.  Most of the artickles posted here have been published on a variety of sites throughout the years. This site is used to publish various commentary and other bits of writting that wouldn’t normally fit in a recipe/food format. In addition to posting a variety of topics on the Internet, Stephanie works in finance industry.

In the Spring of 2010 Stephanie released her book, CopyKat.com’s: Dining Out in the Home Cookbook.
