For me diets and the holidays don’t mix. I like to over induldge. Being on a low fat calorie diet, then eating much richer food doesn’t go so well for me. I have had wildly different food in my house this past weekend with having company over, and having a holiday party this weekend. The last several days has been filled with latkes, cabbages, smoked fish of multiple varieties and so much more. After having ate light for about a month now, I have been feeling quite under the weather with more savory indulgences. This is minus the gin and tonics I have consumed in the past couple of days.
Normally I have logged everything that I have ate, but not for the past few days. Thankfully the scale hasn’t moved in the upward direction. I have tried cutting way back on portions, and then also keeping in mind to take each day at a time. I am hoping to lose a few more pounds in December, and start the year off running!
Now, down 7.8 pounds since November 19th.
