It is so easy to look around and complain.  Actually it is quite easy for me, I get up in the morning, sometimes I feel I wake up too early, I have to feed the animals, and then go to work.  My journey into work can take forever, or at least it feels like it.  This morning, it took me 25 minutes to make it to the highway, not just to work, but to the highway so I could drive to work.  Then you get cut off  by other drivers, this is long before 7:30 in the morning.  If you let it, if I let it, this will set the tone for my entire day.

It is much harder to connect with the small blessings in life.  What are small blessings?  Your best friend gives you a call out of the blue.  You find five dollars unexpectidly in your pocket.  You see a rainbow.  These are all small blessings.   We so often over look these small blessings.  Why not create a small blessing for someone else.  A simple card, a kind word, or even listening to someone at the right time can give someone else a small blessing.
